Top Leader Board
A top leader board ad is squarely within the prime "above the fold" screen real estate. These 728 x 90 ads appear on the actual tip (article) pages, just below the breadcrumbs and above the article title, right where a reader's eyes first look when reading. (IAB add classification: leader board.)
Article Body
An article body ad is placed near the top of each tip (article) page, at either the left or right side of the page. Article text will wrap around the article body ad. This 336 x 280 ad appears in prime screen real estate, in the coveted "above the fold" position. (IAB add classification: large rectangle.)
Bottom Leader Board
A bottom leader board ad (728 x 90) is placed at the bottom of each page on which it appears, just above the page footer. (The navigation and/or copyright information at the bottom of the page.) In most cases, the bottom leader board will be just below the final content for the page. (IAB add classification: leader board.)
Navigation Skyscraper
A navigation skyscraper ad is placed at the right side of every page on which it appears, in the navigation area of the site. Generally, a navigation skyscraper appears just below an in-house text advertisement or subscription offer. These 120 x 600 ads appear on all pages in the site. (IAB add classification: skyscraper.)

Website ads can be reserved by the month, on a first-come, first-served basis. The rates vary, by site, as shown below.

These costs are a flat rate, per month, paid in advance. (For rates above $1,000, reservations can be made by the week with a $50 per week premium.) The impressions are representative of an analysis of the May 2015 log files. While they can be considered typical of page views on the site, in all liklihood the number of impressions will be higher than what is shown. That being said, there is no guarantee as to the number of impressions that will be displayed, nor as to the number of clicks that will result from those impressions.
